Care instructions vary depending on the product, but all our apparel comes with detailed washing and care guidelines on the inside label to help you keep it looking its best. Be sure to check the label upon receiving your item for the recommended instructions specific to your garment!

At Balkanish, every piece is made especially for you after you place your order.
Instead of producing thousands of items that may never find a home, we create each product as it's ordered. This allows us to reduce waste, offer a wider variety of designs, and grow our small business in a sustainable way, while continuing to create products that celebrate our Balkanish community.
Because each item is made just for you, all orders are considered final sale, and we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind.
That said, we stand behind everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there's a manufacturing issue, we'll make it right. Simply reach out to us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll happily work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund through our Happiness Guarantee.
