Balkanish Return & Refund Policy

At Balkanish, we take pride in delivering unique, exclusively-designed products made with care. Since our items are made-to-order, we want to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. Below is our return and refund policy.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled as long as the items have not gone into production. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible as each item is made to order just for you.

2. Returns

Because each Balkanish item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, style preferences, or incorrect sizes ordered. We kindly recommend double-checking the size guide before placing your order.

However, we will always make things right if there is an issue with your order. We gladly offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:

  • Defective items – If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect.

  • Incorrect items – If you received a different product than what you ordered.

Return Window
If your order arrives with an issue, please email info@balkanish.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number along with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

-Contact our customer support team at info@balkanish.com with your order number, photos of the defective or incorrect product, and a brief description of the issue.

4. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

-Defective or incorrect products: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

-Shipping issues: If your order does not arrive due to shipping errors attributable to us, we will issue a refund.

Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

-Custom-designed products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrectly fulfilled.

-Sale items or special promotions are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Shipping Costs
