Because each item is produced just for you, all orders are final sale.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
Once your order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled, as it is being created specifically for you.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged, or was fulfilled incorrectly, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:

Refunds
If a refund is approved under our Happiness Guarantee, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
