The Balkanish Summer Giveaway (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Balkanish, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

This Contest is sponsored by Balkanish, an e-commerce brand dedicated to Balkan diaspora pride. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or any other social media platforms.

By participating, the entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represents that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, the entrant agrees to accept the decisions of Balkanish as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.

To enter the Contest, participants must submit a valid email address through the official giveaway landing page. Limit one (1) entry per person. Bonus entries may be available through referral or sharing options where indicated. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Balkanish.

The Contest begins on [May 28] and ends on [June 30] at 11:59 PM EST. All entries must be received before the deadline to be considered.

One (1) winner will receive a $500 USD Balkanish store credit to use on www.balkanish.com. Store credit is not redeemable for cash and must be used in accordance with Balkanish store terms.

The winner will be selected at random and notified via the email provided within five (5) days of the contest closing date. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

By entering, the entrant agrees to receive promotional emails from Balkanish. They may unsubscribe at any time. Entrants also agree that Balkanish may use their name and/or social media handle for promotional purposes related to the Contest without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Balkanish reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest should any unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond its control corrupt the administration or operation of the Contest.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Balkanish and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the Contest or the awarding, receipt, or use of any prize.
